Khadhija is an empathetic and dedicated therapist who works with adults in navigating life’s challenges, burnout, and cross-cultural issues to enhance mental well-being, self-confidence, and overall quality of life. As a woman of colour navigating the complexities of the Western world, Khadhija brings a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals in cross-cultural environments.

She provides a safe, trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and non-judgmental space where clients can feel supported in their personal growth and healing. Khadhija addresses a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, major life changes, and familial relationships. Khadhija’s approach is collaborative and tailored to the unique needs of each client, empowering them to explore their strengths while working towards achieving their goals. She draws from the following therapeutic modalities:

Khadhija is a graduate of the Master of Social Work program at the University of Toronto, specializing in Health and Mental Health in 2024. She is a Registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OSWSSW).

Beenish is a therapist-in-training committed to offering compassionate, culturally sensitive therapy to both adults and children. She provides a safe, judgment-free space where clients feel supported in their healing and growth. Her approach is strength-based, client-centered, and trauma-informed, tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Beenish supports clients experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, isolation, and a history of trauma. She draws from a range of therapeutic modalities, including:

Currently enrolled at the Toronto Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling Education, Beenish is completing her clinical internship under the supervision of a registered psychotherapist. As a pre-licensed professional, she is dedicated to ongoing learning and delivering meaningful, effective care to her clients.
